  • To maintain the highest quality, some stems may arrive in bud form, protecting them during transit and extending their lifespan.

  • We promise delivery within the selected time slot; however, in rare cases where circumstances are beyond our control, delays may occur, and you will be notified in advance.

Care Instructions

  • Upon arrival, trim the stems as needed.
  • Use a clean vase with fresh tap water.
  • Cut approximately 1-2 cm from the stem ends at a 45-degree angle.
  • Remove leaves and foliage below the waterline but keep the leaves along the stem.
  • Mist the flowers daily with water.
  • To refresh flowers after 2-3 days, remove any drooping flowers, leaves, and foliage, re-cut the stems, and replace the water.
  • Avoid placing flowers in direct sunlight, near sources of excessive heat, above refrigerators, TVs, or other electronic devices.
  • Do not place flowers directly under ceiling fans or in the path of an air conditioner.

Care Instructions

Flowers Water
Change vase water every other day (add flower food to the new water if available). All stems should be submerged. If your flowers came in a basket or other container with foam, add fresh water every day.
FLOWERS LIGHT/TEMPERATURE
Display your bouquet or flower arrangement in a cool, draft-free area. Avoid direct sunlight, which causes the flowers to die more quickly.
FLOWERS PRUNING
Immediately remove dead or wilting leaves and stems. Recut your flower and foliage stems just before putting them back into new water.
